FUEL FLEX - Workout

A total body workout combining the sequence of power vinyasa yoga with the added challenge of free weights, cardio and plyometric segments. These classes are just the right amount of intense to get you fired-up so you can dig deep — 60 minutes of heated, heart-pumpin’ realness. Be ready to get sweaty.

FUEL FLow - Yoga

High-intensity heated power vinyasa yoga focused on strength, form and endurance. These classes combine breath with body movements while keeping a hot pace— designed to build internal heat and pump-up your heart rate. Vibe is lively, the room is heated and the music is bumpin’. All levels welcome.

FUEL FUSION - HYBRID

Want it all? Look no further. Our Fusion class blends the cardio, plyometric and strength training of Flex with the power yoga of Flow for optimal flexibility and balance. These classes are a great introduction to our sequences and just as much fun. Class kicks-off strong with a hot, hard and sweaty Flex then transitions mid-way to Flow to keep the heart-rate elevated, but add balance and flexibility maneuvers. The heat (96F) and beats are on, all levels welcome. Expect to stretch, strengthen and sweat.

Fuel brings the heat. Our HIIT workouts and next level yoga are open to anyone seeking to awaken their inner fire, no experience necessary. You’ll find that our instructors are great at providing modifications so that everyone can participate. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before class starts, so we can get fired-up on time.
